Perfecting Church Toledo

On August 6, 2017, a faithful body of believers in the city of Toledo, Ohio, who were a part of Perfecting Fellowship International conjoined with Bishop- Elect Marvin L. Winans; to form Perfecting Church Toledo (PCT). His sensitive ear to the voice of God lead him to shepherd this new and faithful flock of 179 believers.

Within the span of two years, God blessed the congregation of PCT to purchase their first edifice. The beautiful and sprawling campus resides at 4609 Glendale Avenue in Toledo, Ohio.

In keeping with Bishop- Elect Winans’ theme, “Ministry Means People”, PCT has supported that vision by implementing ministries that speak to the needs of the congregation and the community at large. Bishop Winans has empowered the membership to grow in spiritual maturity through the teaching of God’s Holy Word. God has proved himself continually as PCT continues to grow in the knowledge and wisdom of God.

Bishop-Elect Winans’ initial vision, “They are coming to you” is yet manifesting itself in the life of Perfecting Church Toledo.
